How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 3-7 business days for your item to be carefully created and prepared before it is shipped. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK: 2–5 business days
  • EU: 5–10 business days
  • USA & Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

How much does shipping cost?

  • UK: Free shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to get in touch.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Prints

What is the quality of the print?

All prints use Giclée printing and archival inks on high-quality materials to ensure vibrant, durable prints. This is standard for high-quality, long-lasting, and detailed art reproductions.

Original Artworks

Are originals truly one-of-a-kind?

Absolutely. Each original is a unique, hand-created artwork — once sold, it will never be replicated. You're acquiring something genuinely singular.

Do originals come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. Every original artwork ships with a signed certificate of authenticity that includes the title, medium, dimensions, and year of creation.

Framing

Do you offer framing?

At present, artworks are supplied unframed. This lets you choose a frame that perfectly suits your space and style. 

What sizes does the artwork come in?

Sizes vary by artwork and are listed on each product page. All prints are produced with a white border to make framing straightforward — simply choose a standard-size frame that matches.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a print?

If your print arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. As prints are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Can I return an original artwork?

We want you to love your purchase. If an original arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with photographic evidence and we will resolve it promptly. Due to the nature of original artworks, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind — please review the images and description carefully before purchasing, or contact us with any questions beforehand.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please photograph the damaged packaging and artwork on receipt and contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
